Refund Policy

Starting January 2025, if a program is canceled by PTPR due to low enrollment a full refund will be issued. Participants can request a refund in writing no less than 10 days prior to the start date. If approved, refunds will be subject to a $20 administrative fee. To avoid the administrative fee, a full credit can be placed on your account with PTPR and can be used within one year of the issue date. Credits cannot be used for discount tickets or movie tickets. Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process. Program fees less than $20 will automatically be credited to your PTPR account.

First Time Users & Guests

As a guest, you can view the activities offered, search for activities and look up details about an activity. To register online you will need to establish an account. There will be a 3% fee added to all credit card transactions.

CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT

If you live in Plymouth Township and you create a new account online, it will automatically default to a non-resident account until we can verify your home address. To change the residency status of your account please bring proof of residency (Valid PA driver's license PA Non-driver ID card Military ID Renter's Lease Agreement Voter's Registration Card) to the Community Center front desk.
